Description of:   KRISHNA & UDDHAVA Artist: Bharadwaja Dasa When Uddhava understood that Lord Krishna was ending His pastimes in this world, He asked Krishna to instruct him in transcendental knowledge. Uddhava was an eternal associate of the Lord and had descended with Lord Krishna to assist the Lord in His pastimes. As Krishna instructed Arjuna, He also instructed Uddhava, and these instructions are mentioned in the Srimad-Bhagavatam, 11th canto, chapters 7-29. These instructions are famous as the Uddhava Gita.
