RADHA KRISHNA & GOPIS 1
Artist: Murlidhara Dasa
The most exciting part of life is youth. This originates in the spiritual realm (Goloka) where Radha, Krishna and the gopis eternally exist as youths. There is no aging in the spiritual world, and only there
will one find the fountain of youth. Krishna is the most handsome male and attractive personality. Despite such beauty in
both Krishna and the gopis, there is no lust, only pure love (Prema) for the Supreme. It is simply speculation to think that God is an old man with wrinkled skin and a white
beard. Lord Krishna descended to this world to display the pastimes of the spiritual world, and attract all beings back to
their original position in Goloka or Vaikuntha (a place without anxiety). Lord Krishna's pastimes with the gopis are mentioned in the Srimad-Bhagavatam, 10th canto, chapter’s
29-33.
